About Us: 

Fifty-Three Six is a full service, multi-award winning Sports Marketing Agency. We are digital first and specialise in content creation, performance marketing and digital strategy. 

Our focus is driving measurable results for our clients and we do this by utilising a blend of content and data. We conceive campaign concepts, produce premium content, and run digital campaigns to convert fans into customers. We work with the likes of the FAI, Racing TV, GAA, Lidl, The FA, Swim Ireland, IRFU, Munster Rugby, eir, PlayerData, BWG and many more. 

53Six is still a young agency and is growing quickly. We offer employees the chance to be autonomous, express themselves and there is significant room for progression.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a candidate to work alongside our digital team to service our key accounts. This person will manage our most important clients on a daily basis, ensuring the highest level of standards across all of our output. They will work closely with other teams in 53Six across production, creative and data analytics to drive performance for our clients, shape strategy and help them reach their business objectives.

The Candidate:

Strong knowledge of key digital platforms, both from a paid and organic perspective

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working on digital campaigns in an agency, brand or platform side

  • A natural interest in digital and wider media trends

  • Relationship-driven and a people person

  • Extremely detail oriented and organised in approach. Strong project management skills. 

    • Ability to work cross functionally across strategy, data, creative and production

  • Strategic mindset and ability to distil client objectives into a cohesive through-the-line strategy

  • Good awareness of paid digital campaigns and full funnel approach

  • A visual eye with an ability to paint a clear picture for clients

  • Self starter, ambitious and team player who does not wait for instruction

  • An interest in sport and the business of sport/trends is a big plus

  • Competency with budget management and creative briefing

  • Creative mindset and motivated by ideating campaign concepts for clients, based on their objectives

The Role:

Day-to-day management of key clients, ensuring they are serviced to the highest standards

  • Working with our production, creative and data insights teams

  • Producing account plans, based on client objectives, to ensure we are delivering world class value

  • Brief and manage designers. Work with production team on producing video content

  • Pull together all the pieces across data insight, content and campaigns to drive the best performance possible
