THE BRIEF

The FAI needed to further boost volunteer representation at all levels of Irish football and continue supporting the existing brilliant volunteers. Fifty-Three Six was tasked with building a compelling, integrated media campaign that would resonate with individuals and motivate volunteers to get involved.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Fifty-Three Six launched a nationwide TV campaign supported by BVOD and digital to connect more people with their local football clubs. Through working with current volunteers, we gained insight into what volunteering means to them. Our research revealed that volunteering is not just about “what you can do for your football club, but what you can get back”. We delivered the creative, content, and paid media. 

“Give A Little, Get A Lot”  launched on-air and VOD, with support from paid digital across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.

RESULTS

8 million impressions 

  • 1.2 Million High-quality video views 

  • 2.57 million users reached

The campaign delivered strong results overall on TV and BVOD, including quality KPIs and GRP plan vs the actual results. 

In this case, leveraging multiple platforms allowed us to drive strong results in all metrics of the campaign, including video views (1.2million), link clicks (24.6K), and engagements (29.4K).
