Our focus is driving measurable results for our clients and we do this by utilising a blend of content and data. We conceive campaign concepts, produce premium content, and run sophisticated digital campaigns to convert fans into customers. We work with the likes of FAI, Racing TV, Munster Rugby, Leinster Rugby, IRFU, Cricket Ireland, FemFuelz, Spar, Mace and many more.
Role Overview:
Having won a number of new clients recently, we are looking for a candidate to work alongside our digital team to manage high quality performance media campaigns. This person will have experience in running data-driven paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Important components of this role will be the ability to analyse data and optimise based on insights. There will also be requirements for some research, reporting and copywriting, where applicable. However, the core focus of this position is to build, manage and optimise digital media campaigns.
The Candidate:
Strong knowledge of key digital paid media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube & Twitter
Google ads suite expertise is a plus
A minimum of 2 years experience working on paid digital media campaigns on agency, brand or platform side
A natural interest and curiosity in digital media and platform trends
Analytical mindset and data driven approach to insight and optimisation
Extremely detail oriented and organised in approach
Full funnel approach to campaign management and a working understanding of tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution
An ability to analyse data and paint a clear picture in campaign reports
Self starter, ambitious and team player who does not wait for instruction
Experience with reporting software tools such as Looker is advantageous
Good understanding of GA4
Competency with budget management
The Role:
Daily management of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not exclusive to Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube
Execution to media strategy
Campaign building
Ongoing optimisation
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients, highlighting key campaign results, insights and patterns
Utilising software and reporting tools to present results
Support account management and strategy teams on key accounts
Campaign data analysis to provide insight and shape strategy
Analyse data sets from campaigns
Writing ad copy to accompany digital campaigns
Working directly with our platform partners to continually innovate at a campaign level
Support digital team with research where applicable
