We Are Hiring: Digital Campaign Executive
Fifty-Three Six is a full service, multi-award winning Sports Marketing Agency. We are digital first and specialise in content creation, performance marketing and digital strategy.
Our focus is driving measurable results for our clients and we do this by utilising a blend of content and data. We conceive campaign concepts, produce premium content, and run sophisticated digital campaigns to convert fans into customers. We work with the likes of Racing TV, Kinetica, GAA, Lidl, The FA, Swim Ireland, IRFU, Munster Rugby, Joymo, PlayerData, BWG and many more.

Role Overview:
Having won a number of new clients recently, we are looking for a candidate to work alongside our digital team to run high quality performance campaigns. This person will have experience in running data-driven campaigns, across multiple platforms. Important components of this role will be the ability to shape campaign strategy, analyse data and optimise based on insights. There will also be requirements for research, reporting and copywriting, where applicable.
The Candidate:
Strong knowledge of key digital platforms, including Facebook Network, Display, Search, YouTube & Twitter
Experience with app install ads is a bonus
Google ads suite expertise also a plus
A minimum of 2 years experience working on digital campaigns on agency, brand or platform side
A natural interest and curiosity in digital trends
Analytical mindset and data driven approach to insight and optimisation
Excellent copywriting skills
Extremely detail orientated and organised in approach
Full funnel approach to campaign management and a working understanding of tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution
A visual eye with an ability to paint a clear picture in campaign reports
Self starter, ambitious and team player who does not wait for instruction
An interest in sport is a big plus
The Role:
Daily management of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not exclusive to Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, Paid Search, YouTube and Twitter.
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients, highlighting key campaign results, insights and patterns
Campaign data analysis to provide insight and shape strategy
Writing ad copy to accompany digital campaigns
Working directly with our platform partners to continually innovate at a campaign level
Competency with budget management and creative briefing
Support digital team with research where applicable
