NEW JOB: Digital Marketing Specialist

Our focus is driving measurable results for our clients and we do this by utilising a blend of content and data. We conceive campaign concepts, produce premium content, and run digital campaigns to convert fans into customers. We work with the likes of the GAA, Racing TV, bet365, The FA, IRFU, Munster Rugby, Lidl, Allianz, MACE and many more.

Role Overview:
For this role, we are looking for a digital all-rounder. Having experience executing sizeable digital campaigns is most important. However, we also provide consultative guidance to our clients so a strong knowledge of the digital landscape and a strategic mindset is a huge benefit.
We are looking for someone who can oversee a digital campaign and seamlessly shift to strategic support for a different client. We want someone who can not only manage campaigns but take the insight from them and use it to shape future strategy.
Although a core focus for us is delivering a ROI through digital campaigns, we also help clients with digital transformation such as building dashboards, digital audits and strategic plans. We want a candidate who is comfortable with data and switching between these functions.
The Candidate:
Strong knowledge of key digital platforms, including Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, Paid Search, YouTube and Twitter.
Specific experience with Google ads and paid search is a bonus
A minimum of three years experience working on digital media campaigns on agency, brand or platform side
A natural interest and curiosity in digital trends
Analytical mindset and data driven approach to insight and optimisation
Experience in managing large paid digital campaigns
Excellent copywriting skills
Extremely detail orientated and organised in approach
Full funnel approach to campaign management and a strong understanding of tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution
Strong communication skills with an ability to compress big data sets into salient insights and patterns, which will inform digital strategy
A visual eye with an ability to effectively display campaign reports
Self starter and team player who does not wait for instruction
An interest in sport is a big plus
The Role:
Daily management of large scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, Paid Search, YouTube and Twitter.
Strategic support for clients and perform a consultative role
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients, highlighting key campaign results, insights and patterns
Working directly with our platform partners to continually innovate at a campaign level
Regular communication with core clients in regards to campaign management
Management of pixel journey with a strong working knowledge of the process
Working with clients on organic digital strategy, where applicable
Occasional travel to UK and beyond for face to face client meetings
Working with the wider team to grow out our digital offering
Competency with budget management and creative briefing
Being the first point of contact for your clients during on-going jobs, while supporting the team’s needs for their clients as well.
