Creative Production Assistant

Fifty-Three Six are looking for a creative and ambitious production assistant to join our rapidly growing business. This role is on a project basis for an initial 8 weeks, with a potential opportunity of a permanent position thereafter, following a review.

The ideal candidate will need to have a creative spark and experience in video production, but more importantly a track record of conceiving and executing creative ideas.

The candidate will ideally seek to learn and develop in a dynamic new business environment, and in particular be innovative – using creativity to advance the business and its clients commercially.

This role would report into the Head of Production and Commercial Operations

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Assist with coordination of shoots, including booking travel, talent, crew etc

·       Attend, and contribute to, shoots - assisting experienced crew and adding additional production expertise where required

·       Idea generation for pitches and proposals

·       Creation of mood boards and story boards

·       Presentation development and mocks ups

·       Digital Design – logos, digital display units

ADDITIONAL FOCUS AREAS

Given we are a start-up, the candidate should be prepared to be across work across a number of different functions within the business. These will include:

·       Attending weekly sales meetings and helping with business development, including idea generation

·       Organising logistics around video production and shoots

·       Attending shoots and assisting the production team. Occasional travel, where required

·       Occasionally contributing towards digital campaign management

·       General business administration
